Yes, all of our products are personally checked before shipment.

Each Country has different import duties, customs and tax thresholds. You will be responsible for any such duties and/or taxes. For additional information, please contact your local customs office in your country.

For example, why does a cream weighing 75 grams on our website weigh 250 grams?

The fact is that in addition to the contents, there is also packaging of the product itself, which sometimes as in this case, can have a fairly large weight relative to the contents. Therefore, we calculate the weight of the goods in full and add + 10% to pack the  parcels. It can be cardboard boxes or plastic boxes.

It is impossible to determine the final weight of the parcels with accuracy to a gram, but as a rule everything turns out as the basket shows. We allow slight deviations in both + 5% and – 5% of the values ​​in the order basket for parcels weighing 10 kg.

Regular mail takes 15-30 days to reach recipients. It depends on the distance of the destination from India, as well as the workload of postal terminals.

Although you ordered and purchased the goods online, and for personal use, the goods are still subject to an import procedure to clear the shipment through customs as determined by custom’s law in the destination country.

Each country has its own customs laws and the duties for different types of goods and values are set locally.

The shipment is cleared through customs based on the origin country, the value and quantity and/or the weight of the package. You will need to pay customs duty and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.

Some products are free of duties and others are subject to additional duties; it depends on the country of manufacture and the product.

When goods are not shipped domestically (within your country) or within a single customs union (e.g. the European Union), please carefully examine the list of goods prohibited from being imported into the respective country of receipt and the conditions for the importation of goods without customs duties. Our online store is not responsible for any actions or omissions of third parties and does not accept claims related to the work of customs services.

To ensure that the purchased goods arrive safely and at no additional expense, we recommend that you follow these simple rules:

  • All goods in a purchase order must be allowed to be shipped and imported into the country of receipt. Carefully study the customs regulations of the country of receipt and observe customs limits and recommendations when placing an order;
  • All goods in a purchase order must be intended for personal consumption. This means that the number of identical goods in one parcel should not exceed reasonable and explainable norms;
  • If the order exceeds the customs limits or the quantity of identical goods provokes suspicion as to the purpose of the parcel, the order may be sent by several parcels to different recipients.
